Fees

Our Service is a not-for-profit organisation that relies on the prompt payment of fees to remain financially viable.  Fees are based on a carefully considered budget. Any surplus is expended into improving equipment, resources, facilities and building improvements at the Service. It is important that your fees are always kept up to date. Your statement will show all charges and fees payable and any applicable subsidies.

The Service has a legal obligation to collect Gap Fees via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. The following fee payment methods may be available:

  • Direct Deposit
  • Direct Debit
  • EFTPOS (portable payment terminals)

Cash will only be accepted from individuals at risk of family and domestic violence.  The Provider will apply on behalf of the individual, therefore supporting evidence must be supplied.

Late Fees

The Centre closes at 6.00pm. The Regulations state that at least two staff must be at the Centre while children are in attendance, and one must hold a Certified Supervisor Certificate. Late fees do not attract Child Care Subsidy.

Caregivers should arrive in sufficient time to conduct any account business, discussion with staff about their child, collect the child and their belongings and have left the Centre no later than 6.00pm.

Child Care Subsidy

Living Faith Early Learning Centre is an Approved Care Provider and eligible parents/carers can access Child Care Subsidy to assist with the payment of their fees.
